INTRODUCING…

A Really British Walk Around London

(in-person event)

I’m very excited to announce my second ever London Language Walk.

It’s happening on Saturday 15th November and YOU are invited 🎉

So why am I doing this now?

In this world of AI, social media and working from home, many of us are spending more time behind a screen than we are with other people. I know I am!

Does that sound familiar?

Well, I think it’s time we changed that!

I want to establish REAL connections with people. Foster friendships. Build a community.

So that’s why I am inviting you to the first ever London Language Walk.

What is ‘A Really British Walk Around London’?

Great question! It’s a 2-hour language and cultural walk around some of the most interesting parts of London with me Teacher Tom. I will personally guide you through the streets of London, sharing my knowledge and passion for the language, history and culture that has shaped my home city.

We’ll meet for coffee at 11am on Saturday 15th November and end our walk with lunch at a local pub.

What will you get?

  • a two-hour language and culture walk
  • lots of new British English vocabulary
  • opportunities to use and practise your spoken English
  • time to socialise with fellow English language learners and make new friends
  • experience London with a local and get loads of insider tips

Itinerary:

Meet for coffee & get-to-know-you activity (30 min)

Language and culture walk (2 hours)

Lunch with the group at a local pub (1 hour)

(please note coffee and lunch is not included in the ticket price)

How does that sound?

A few hours spent with Teacher Tom and fellow English students learning, connecting and having fun!

On our first walk we had a wonderful mix of people and nationalities.

Everyone mixed together and chatted in English. The best thing about a walk like this is that you get to meet and chat to lots of new people. It’s very sociable.

“It was a really interesting experience. I was pleaseed to meet new people and visit new (for me) places. It was also a great way to practice my English.”

We’ll refer to it as we walk around London and I’ll point out all the brilliant British English inside.

That’s a pretty good deal, right?
